Terms of sale

Hondrexil is a food supplement in capsules for joint health, not a medicine. It is sold without prescription. One bottle holds 20 capsules; the daily serving is 2 capsules with food. A food supplement does not replace a varied diet or medicines your doctor prescribed.

You leave your name and phone in the form. An operator calls between 07:00 and 17:00 WAT to confirm the order and the delivery address; orders left after 17:00 are confirmed the next morning. The order is accepted once you confirm it on that call.

One bottle costs ₦48,900. You pay on delivery, in cash or by transfer to the courier, when the parcel is in your hands. We never ask for prepayment, card details or a deposit. The operator confirms the total on the call.

We deliver to 14 states and FCT Abuja: Lagos, FCT Abuja, Rivers, Ogun, Delta, Edo, Enugu, Imo, Kano, Kwara, Ondo, Osun, Ekiti, Cross River and Plateau. Delivery takes 5–7 days; the operator names the exact date on the call. If your state is not listed, you can order to an address in one that is.

You can change or cancel the order by phone within 120 hours (5 days) of placing it. Ask the operator who confirmed your order, or write to support@hondrexil.com.ng with the phone number you used.

Hondrexil is not for under-18s, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with a known allergy to any ingredient. If you take blood thinners, ask your doctor first. Store the bottle in a dry place below 25 °C, away from children.
