Privacy policy

This site belongs to the Hondrexil Nigeria brand. We handle the data you leave in the order form. You can reach us through the order form or by email at support@hondrexil.com.ng.

When you order, we receive:

• your name, as you typed it;
• your phone number, which we save in the international format +234…;
• the page where you left the order;
• advertising tags in the page address (utm and similar), if you came from an advert.

We do not ask for your card, bank details, email address or home address in the form. The operator asks for the delivery address on the confirmation call.

We use your name and phone for one purpose: to confirm your order by phone and deliver it. The operator calls between 07:00 and 17:00 WAT. Our delivery partner receives your name, phone and address so the courier can bring the parcel. We do not sell your data and do not use it for unrelated adverts.

Advertising tags tell us which advert brought the order. They are not linked to anything else about you.

We keep order data for as long as we need it to confirm, deliver and support the order, and then up to 12 months for accounting and to handle questions about the order. After that we delete it. If the router that passes orders to our call centre is down, the order waits in a protected queue for up to 7 days and is then removed.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us to:

• tell you what data we hold about you;
• correct a wrong name or number;
• delete your data;
• stop calling you.

Write to support@hondrexil.com.ng from any address and give the phone number you used in the order. We answer within 30 days.

The site uses only what it needs to work:

• technical storage in your browser keeps the advertising tags and a random visit number while you move between pages, so one order is not sent twice;
• form events (page opened, form seen, order window opened, order sent) go to our order platform without your name or phone.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site.
